Our Approved Foods List contains slendier noodles as a once-a-week option purely as an added bonus. As they are not a core element of detox (i.e. not a protein, fruit or veg), we want to avoid people relying on them to make delicious meals- our detox is designed to create an environment where everyone can learn how to make and enjoy wholefood meals that are delicious and satisfying without always relying on added ingredients such as noodles (even if they are low calorie noodles with health benefits ?)
