No worries! Nuts are reintroduced in Phase 3, but if you have sensitivities, try these swaps:
Try seeds or different nuts (e.g. sunflower seeds or walnuts)
Substitute with avocado or Greek yoghurt (e.g. swap nuts for 80g total avocado)
