Yes! We are happy to confirm that there is no limit on coffee or herbal tea within the following guidelines:

  • Please avoid fruit teas and those with added flavours, sugar, milk etc. All teas with herbal ingredients are suitable and can be consumed as frequently as you please!   • Our program includes 50ml of milk daily (dairy, almond, oat, soy etc). If you enjoy your coffee or tea with milk, please keep this in mind. 

We recommend drinking no more than 1-2 serves of coffee per day (3 maximum). This is for two main reasons; firstly, coffee must be detoxified by the liver, so excess coffee increases liver load and can reduce our bodies ability to release other stored toxins. The second reason is because of the effect coffee has on our adrenal glands, which can in-turn impact metabolism and sleep. Please also note that black and green tea both contain caffeine, so it is best to drink these in moderation also.
