The food in our programs are portioned according to weight (grams), rather than calories. This is a deliberate decision to help women focus on the quality and nutritional value of their food, rather than the numbers related to energy and 'calorie counting'. We receive endless positive feedback that women have been able to not only lose the weight that they previously count not, but also strengthen their relationship with food and their bodies because of this factor.

 

Every day on a Slim By Nature Detox will be slightly different depending on which protein sources, vegetables, snacks and fruit you chose to eat; and this is perfectly fine! Our bodies are still able to shed excess weight and function optimally given the right circumstances, even when calories may not be the exact same every day.
