These little codes are how we track our journeys in the Facebook community:

  • SW = Starting Weight

  • CW = Current Weight

  • TL = Total Loss

  • P1 = Phase 1 (Loading)

  • P2 = Phase 2 (Detox)

  • P3 = Phase 3 (Maintenance)

  • D1 = Day 1 (and so on!)
