Yes, every bite matters. The program is designed to nourish you and keep your metabolism humming. You can skip the cracker snacks if you’re full, but the rest? Eat up — your body needs it. Skipping meals and not eating your full portions wont necessarily cause you to lose weight faster, in many cases this can cause your body to hold onto weight, trust the program !!
