We don’t recommend it. After 60 days, your body begins to adapt to the detox conditions and may reduce its fat-burning efficiency. This is because your metabolism (Basal Metabolic Rate) adjusts to match the lower intake. For long-term success, it's best to follow the program as outlined and give your body time to reset between rounds.
