Your body is already doing incredible work during Detox, so intense workouts aren’t necessary. In fact, we encourage slowing down at the start. Think light walks, stretching, yoga or Pilates. If movement is already a big part of your lifestyle, reach out to our support team and we’ll help guide you in adapting the program to suit your needs and goals. Alternatively you can opt to do an active program if you are already participating in fairly intense exercise several times a week and want to continue this whilst on the program.
